8 Keys to Self-care

I decided to adopt 8 keys to self-care to use for both myself and to teach other women. 

Support people and groups

Eat balance diet

Laughter: there’s something called laughter yoga. I will share later, but it involves laughing on purpose.

Free time or me time. 

Creativity: we all can connect to it. We are all creative in different ways, even if you do not think you are.

Accept what you can not change, and change what you can, and know the difference.  

Relaxation: many ways to relax. From meditation, deep breathing, or a relaxing hobby or activity.

Exercise such as a walk. Going to the gym or doing exercise at home. Cardio, strength, or yoga.
